You're pregnant and your care provider recommended some exercise, but you're not sure where to begin. Well, you've come to the right place! Yoga is one of the most frequently recommended forms of exercise for an expectant person. Whether you have an established practice or are trying yoga out for the first time, I'd love to help you find a routine that brings you courage, confidence and some much needed relaxation during your pregnancy.

Each 75 minute class is themed around a pregnancy topic to encourage and inspire moms during their birthing journey. We share about our experiences and form lasting friendships with others in the community. Class includes a gentle warm up, frequent resting pauses with motivational and informative readings, toning flows to prepare the body for birth and restorative finishing poses accompanied by optional neck and head massage.
