Prenatal Yoga Classes

You're pregnant and your care provider recommended some exercise, but you're not sure where to begin.  Well, you've come to the right place!  Yoga is one of the most frequently recommended forms of exercise for an expectant person.  Whether you have an established practice or are trying yoga out for the first time, I'd love to help you find a routine that brings you courage, confidence and some much needed relaxation during your pregnancy.

I offer private or group instruction and look forward to working with you!   Don't want to come alone?  Bring a friend and split the cost!   I am currently offering custom tailored sessions at Lotus Counseling & Wellness Studio on Bardstown Road near Gene Snyder.  Feel free to  text any questions to  502-592-9909.    Ready to book a session?   You can contact me or the studio to set up a time either during the week or on the weekend to start your path to a healthier pregnancy and more relaxed birth.

Each 75 minute class is themed around a pregnancy topic to encourage and  inspire moms during their birthing journey.  We share about our experiences and form lasting friendships with others in the community.  Class includes a gentle warm up, frequent resting pauses  with motivational and informative readings, toning flows to prepare the  body for birth and restorative finishing poses accompanied by optional  neck and head massage.  You don’t want to miss this opportunity to relax  and rejuvenate during your pregnancy!

Workshops and Pop-up Classes

I also offer prenatal partner workshops, yoga for new parents with "feeding shoulders" (those pesky aches and pains from nursing or bottle feeding in repetitive positions) and postnatal classes for mom/birthing person & baby.  Receive updates and early-bird rates by subscribing to my mailing list!
