Prenatal Yoga
Private Prenatal Yoga Classes
Each 75 minute class is themed around a pregnancy topic to encourage and inspire moms during their birthing journey. Class includes a gentle warm up, frequent resting pauses with motivational and informative readings, toning flows to prepare the body for birth and restorative finishing poses accompanied by optional neck and head massage.
